Job Description: As part of our U.S marketing team, the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Enablement will play a crucial role in the strategic roll-out of our Web Loyalty product across the U.S. market. This individual will craft and execute a comprehensive events strategy that elevates brand awareness and arms our sales and business development teams with the tools and insights needed to convert leads into loyal customers.

Job Description: As part of our U.S marketing team, the Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Enablement will play a crucial role in the strategic roll-out of our Web Loyalty product across the U.S. market. This individual will craft and execute a comprehensive events strategy that elevates brand awareness and arms our sales and business development teams with the tools and insights needed to convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Orchestrate event marketing strategies to amplify product launch, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports the sales cycle.
- Partner with sales and BDR teams to develop and refine sales materials, ensuring alignment with event messaging for effective lead conversion.
- Lead and support developing leads, and opportunities and ensuring these are added to the CRM
- Drive event-related ABM initiatives, personalizing experiences for key prospects to support the sales funnel.
- Manage all logistical aspects of event coordination, including vendor management, negotiations, and travel arrangements.
- Evaluate event success using KPIs and metrics to inform future strategies and provide sales with insights that aid in lead nurturing.
- Support efforts to develop a competitive playbook and find innovative ways to drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel for events and related company meetings.
- At least 5 years of event management and B2B marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the U.S. market.
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Automation and Content Hub.
- Proficient in social channels and tools
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales teams to create materials that aid in selling and conversion.
- Capable of managing multiple event projects with precision and an eye for detail.
- A data-centric approach to marketing, aiming for measurable ROI.
