Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hard-working content creator, digital marketer, and product manager to join our leadership development program. This is a 4-year long program focused on building your leadership and management skills. We need someone who is ready to advance their career at a fast rate. This position is a rotational position between different areas of our company so that you can see how a company works from every angle. This program is built for someone who is ready to become a manager or high level employee in the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with three different teams in 8 month rotations in order to build your knowledge and bring value to the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and content creation strategies.
- Rotate between 3 different positions over a 2 year time period and compete against sales goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to anticipate market changes and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Product management, content creation, or digital/ social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
