Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team for Door-to-Door (D2D) sales in the local area. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with residential and commercial clients, presenting our services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person sales visits to residential and commercial properties.
  • Present and promote pavement maintenance and repair services (sealcoating, crack filling, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling and door-to-door outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates and information about services offered.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and team targets.
  • Track all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, especially door-to-door, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with potential clients in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
