Base pay: $50k - $75k + bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence by targeting electrical distributors and high-volume customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the EV charging industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with electrical distributors and high-volume customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our value proposition.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results, sharing insights and best practices.
- Keep up to date with the latest EV industry trends, market conditions, competitive activities, and product developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or in a relevant sales role.
- Familiarity with the EV industry and technological trends is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
