Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Operations Manager to drive our expansion efforts in Savannah. This role combines sales and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial cleaning, a network of local connections, and a passion for customer acquisition and top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (65%)

Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand our customer base in Savannah.

Conduct in-person meetings to present our company and communicate its value effectively.

Convert prospects into loyal customers through tailored solutions and clear communication.

Maintain an updated CRM to track client interactions and progress.

Conduct live service demonstrations to showcase the quality of our offerings.

Operations (35%)

Create detailed work orders to guide the technician team in service delivery.

Ensure the technician team fully understands each task’s specifications.

Oversee service quality and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in the commercial cleaning industry, facilities services or hospitality is preferred.

Proven success in B2B sales
Established connections and familiarity with the local Savannah market.

Ability to manage operational tasks and effectively lead a team of technicians.

Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
