Job Description

An international trading company is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese Sales Representative to join their team in Torrance, CA. This position is responsible for overall account servicing, maintenance, retention, business expansions and client satisfaction of the assigned existing clients. A bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of Outside Sales experience, ability to travel frequently domestically and internationally for business, clean driving record, and the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese are required. This is a full-time, exempt, in-person position, plus commission, excellent benefits and 401k. (Company car, PC, cellphone, and corporate card will be provided.)

Bilingual English/Spanish, Korean, Japanese or Chinese Sales Representative Duties:
-Prospect for new potentials and build a strong relationship with customers
-Bring customers to machine demo room to present products and services and drive new sales
-Drive and grow sales as it is the company priority
-Provide total solutions to customers by working closely with internal and external team members
-Build, manage and drive project schedules with customers
-Visit customers/prospective customers and facilitate the on-going projects
-Provide quotations of products, machines, parts and specifications with a timely manner
-Monitor AR and collect after invoicing when necessary
-Monitor orders, prices, shipments and other related transaction
-Expand and develop new business by actively seeking new projects
-Analyze industry trends, identifying upcoming business opportunities, making recommendations to customers and management for ways to increase sales
-Make report ASAP when you see or visit customers. Then post on database to share with all.
-Analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
-Will need to travel frequently domestically/internationally for work

Bilingual English/Spanish, Korean, Japanese or Chinese Sales RepresentativeSkills:
-A bachelor’s degree is required
-Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese is required
-Must have 1-2 Outside Sales Experience
-Must have a clean driving record (Company car, PC, cellphone, and corporate card will be provided)
-Ability to make business trips within the US, Canada, and Mexico
-Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
