Job Description

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 a year

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate Outbound Calls: Reach out to warm leads via outbound calls, aiming to schedule appointments for the sales team and drive engagement with our products and services.
  • Handle Inbound Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about our products and services, providing general information, and effectively resolving any complaints or issues.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Conduct thorough follow-ups on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained, fostering positive relationships and loyalty to our brand.
  • Utilize Effective Communication: Employ scripted responses and communication strategies to effectively manage and resolve challenging customer situations, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.
  • Maintain Customer Accounts: Update customer accounts with accurate and up-to-date information as required, ensuring our database reflects the latest customer details and preferences.
  • Stay Informed: Attend regular meetings with the sales team to stay updated on the latest service and product knowledge, enabling you to provide accurate and relevant information to customers during interactions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
