We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electrical Sales Representative to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients within the electrical industry. You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to develop strong relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.

Electrical Sales Representative Requirements:

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMMERICAL ELETRICAL SALES

** Position is base salary plus commission

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical systems, products, and the electrical industry as a whole.
  • Estimation Skills: Ability to estimate product needs and project timelines accurately for electrical installations and sales.
  • Excel Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel for managing sales data, preparing reports, and analyzing customer trends.

Electrical Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Sales/Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the electrical industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as the face and voice of the company, demonstrating deep knowledge of electrical products and services.
  • Client Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for clients, offering solutions to challenges and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Project Coordination: Personally coordinate and supervise sales-related projects, including product delivery and installation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate budgets, cost estimates, and project proposals for clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Prepare, present, and manage contracts and sales proposals, ensuring all legal and technical aspects are covered.
  • Scheduling: Manage scheduling for product deliveries, installations, and follow-up services, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales or installation process, including delays or product concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Leadership by Example: Set an example in professionalism, adherence to safety standards, and timely communication.
  • Order and Process Management: Oversee and manage the sales order process, including changes and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction personnel to ensure seamless integration of electrical products into projects.
  • Continuous Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with management, sales teams, and customers to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Contract and Technical Communication: Clearly explain contract terms, product details, and technical information to clients in a consistent and timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
