Job Title: Account Executive – Property and Casualty
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Remote, once a week onsite)
Classification: Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global commercial insurance broker with a dynamic team comprising 50+ employees, is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive for their Property and Casualty (P&C) department. Under the direction of the Vice President, the Account Executive interfaces with an assigned list of accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention. The duties also include assisting in new business opportunities with Sales departments. A qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of P&C commercial Insurance experience.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and claims.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, with high responsiveness.
Lead client meetings and presentations, by prepare and present insurance proposals to clients by collaborating with Customer Service Representatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
Maintain knowledge of full portfolio of the products and services; actively cross-sells full breadth and depth of products.
Coordinates with Customer Service Representatives, the ordering and issuing of binders, certificates, policies, endorsements.
Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to professionalism.
Collaborate with the Sales department to obtain the new accounts.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on P&C.
P&C active license required.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
Demonstrate ex exceptional customer service skills with high response.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive and visit client site.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
