Evolution Wheel has been consistently releasing new products to market and we are looking for an Construction Sales representative to further accelerate the successes we have already experienced. The Construction Sales Representative is the single point of contact between Evolution Wheel and the customer. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. As a representative, you provide product support while building positive relationships with internal and external customers to achieve individual and company goals.
As our new Construction Sales Representative, you will have access to a customer database. Built-up over several years of marketing and sales efforts, you will have a positive starting point to hit the ground running. Supported by a digital marketing strategy that includes Google Ads, social media channels, a well-ranking website, and YouTube channel. You can expect a consistent feed of customers to prospect and develop.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales
· Proactively generate sales leads and sales, while managing accounts through planned regular communication with customers
· Engage a regimented call campaign, update customer account information, and develop relationships to maintain accurate account profiles while increasing sales to the assigned base
· Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions
· Maintain sales CRM system ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
· Administer sales processes and systems including weekly call plans, emails, quotes, call reports and other duties
· Attended tradeshows to promote product line and generate new leads
What we’re looking for:
· 3+ years’ experience in a sales environment
· Post-Secondary Education and a technical or business background is a plus
· Agriculture/Construction/mining equipment market knowledge and/or practical experience with equipment
· Knowledge of agriculture market is a big plus
· Experience prospecting customers via telephone, email or a social network
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with proven analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
· Self-motivated, independent and a team player with strong initiative and mindset for continuous improvement
· Computer and systems literate with high proficiencies with Excel and Word
· Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
· Natural curiosity and a desire to learn, grow and develop your skillset

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
