As we expand our footprint in both the digital and physical retail spaces, we are searching for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive B2B growth.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in acquiring and maintaining retail accounts across online (Amazon, Facebook, eBay) and brick-and-mortar platforms in the jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Account Acquisition: Prospect, develop, and secure new accounts in the retail jewelry sector, focusing on both online and physical retail channels.
  • Sales Growth: Leverage exceptional sales skills in prospecting, problem-solving, presentation, and closing to expand new accounts and increase sales in existing accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they see the value of Universal Jewelry and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Industry Events: Represent Universal Jewelry at trade shows, strengthening the brand's presence and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, product delivery, and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs, taking accountability for individual and team success.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position Universal Jewelry products and drive strategic growth.

Required Qualifications

  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Jewely or Luxury Experience Preferred
  • Prospecting & Account Management: Demonstrated expertise in identifying prospects, securing new accounts, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Skilled in cold calling and overcoming objections, showing resilience and determination to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend trade shows or industry events as needed.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work well within a collaborative environment, contributing positively to the team’s goals.
  • Competitive Spirit: Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by the desire to succeed in a competitive market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Background in the jewelry industry is a strong advantage, providing insight into trends, materials, and retail dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Commission Potential: $50,000 or more, based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
