As a family-owned, independent insurance agency, we can sell insurance products from a variety of different companies allowing us to provide the best possible personalized coverage for each client's unique needs on nearly every kind of account. As an insurance sales representative, you will use your vast knowledge of various carriers to help your clients navigate through the sea of policy options and clarify any questions or concerns they may have along the way. Responsibilities

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working to educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
• With your excellent rapport-building talents, youll be building clientele via telephoneprospecting and warm leads.
• Use your savvy skills to close sales to meet sales goals.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in networking with clients and obtaining referrals.

Requirements

• An Active PA Property & Casualty License is Required. Licensing assistance is available.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• A team player who is goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer software knowledge.
