Position Overview:
- Drive sales growth and expand customer base.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and secure profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients.
- Assess client roofing needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
- Collaborate with sales team and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in construction or roofing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of roofing products is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
