JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As an Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling equipment to new and existing customers. You will be expected to follow successful sales processes to ensure our customers have an excellent buying experience.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience, including the timely completion of all paperwork.
- Set and monitor progress toward agreed-upon sales goals and manage/prioritize work to achieve progress toward yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales goals against key performance indicators.
- Proactively support and work with other employees, departments and/or locations to give the customer a seamless experience in ways that promote teamwork and increase customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn and apply new selling skills, strategies and techniques on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.
- Actively seek, identify and obtain new prospects in ways that lead to increased sales.
- Develop and maintain a high level of product, market and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Proven sales experience in selling equipment for at least 10 years.
- Previous success in a sales role managing 20 million dollars in sales or more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of product, market and industry knowledge.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a office, maintenance shop and outdoor environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system. May be subject to sitting, standing, climbing, lifting, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, speaking, listening and motor coordination.
