Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative for the Salinas, CA area!
$65,000/yr (Depending on Experience) + plus bonuses +paid mileage !
**PRIOR STAFFING and/or SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST**
**This is not a remote position**
- Must be driven and assertive with a positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, on the phone, and via email
- Present, promote, and sell staffing services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships
- In person cold calling is a MUST
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Keep track of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated/self motivated
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations for prospective clients
