Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at T-Fat’s Auto Spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating leads, closing leads, and driving sales growth within the automotive services industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, closing sales, and promoting our wide range of premium services to clients. You'll have the chance to shape the future of our business while earning a competitive base salary and commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Conduct market analysis to assess the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and analyze performance.
- Close sales on premium services including Ceramic Coating, PPF, Window Tinting, and Mobile Detailing packages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits and unique value propositions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote additional services or subscriptions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the car industry is a plus, particularly in automotive detailing or luxury services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Experience with territory management and outside sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission on all closed jobs.
- Recurring commission on subscription services.
