Primary Talent Partners has FOUR new Service Engagement and Resource Management positions with our large IT consulting client in the midwest. This role will be a remote, three month contract to start with high potential to extend and/or convert.
Pay: $28 - $38/hr
Schedule: 3 month contract with high potential to extend and/or convert. M to F, normal business hours. Team is based in different time zones, so ability to work or take meetings at varying times is a must.
Services position focused on new partner nominations, confirmation, and follow up of new opportunity requests.

Services position focused on new partner nominations, confirmation, and follow up of new opportunity requests.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist in the new partner nomination and On Boarding process
- Work in conjunction with PPM Manager and other various internal stakeholders to consider and evaluate new potential partners.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding priority ranking.
- Engage through regular cadence with PPM Manager, brand teams, sales and potential partners to determine any updates as necessary, including but not limited to new opportunities and nominations.
- Business Intelligence: collaborate with internal teams to develop necessary metrics and reporting on success of new partner on-boarding efforts
- Sales Enablement
- Serve as a Point of Contact for Account Managers, engaging appropriate PPM, ITS and Partner owners as necessary
- Interface with Partner and Product Management, sales and partners to develop information work streams
- Respond to opportunity requests and communicate status of submitted potential partner nominations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience in technology sales.

- Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers.
- Strong passion for learning and teaching others.
- Proven group presentations skills.
- Motivated and self-starting.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with proactive ideas that will increase sales.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Concentrate on certain areas of technology driven by partner focus or company technology objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT / Software industry
- 40% Discovery/calls/reviews for partners to on-board
- 20% Tracking/metrics/reporting on activity
- 40% Responding to new opportunity requests
