We are seeking a Technology Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

We are searching for candidates that possess the characteristics of successful salespeople, (The ideal candidate may have experience in Printer, Copier, Auto ID, Barcode, and Managed Print.). Responsibilities
  • Develop new business with existing accounts and new accounts (You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts)
  • Prospect and contact potential customers (Prospecting white space accounts and contacting potential customers)
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline (meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales goals)
  • Understand the needs and business requirements of your assigned accounts (Propose and design solutions to meet customer needs)
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Submit quotes and recommend solutions to customer challenges
  • Record account information in CRM database
  • Developing relationship with Manufacturers and Distributors

Qualifications
  • Printing sales experience
  • Print and technology sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Experience managing and navigating CRMs
  • Skilled in using and understanding Microsoft’s Productivity Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) as well as Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
  • Customer service focused
  • Able to work effectively solo and in team-oriented environment
