We are currently working with a company that collaborates with clients to change the way their system work to make sure that everyone has even footing and is working in a fair and equitable work environment. They do this through using Machine Learning models to analyze their clients and giving them insights into ways they can improve their day to day functions.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in Python development, including deep expertise in building large-scale applications, designing APIs, and optimizing system performance. You should be comfortable mentoring junior team members, reviewing code, and helping lead initiatives that shape the future of the product.
This role will be fully onsite in Cambridge, MA, and is a full time, direct hire role.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in Python software development, with a proven track record of building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable application deployment.
- Deep understanding of databases, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Extensive experience with modern Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI) and libraries.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment practices.
- Ability to take ownership of large, complex systems and drive them from design to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- BS or higher in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with machine learning, data science, or AI applications using Python..
- Exposure to data engineering, ETL processes, or working with large datasets.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Background in designing and building data pipelines and integrating with big data tools.
