We’re looking for a savvy, focused and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join the Thompson Creek family! The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for introducing clients to our high quality home improvement products and services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You’ll successfully turn assigned leads (NO COLD CALLS) into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations
- Provide potential and existing clients an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Foster and grow strong professional relationship with internal corporate partners
- Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as required

- Some prior experience in a sales environment; ability to obtain/maintain Sales License
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive compensation - During your first 90 days, earn $1,384.62 bi-weekly in addition to any commissions and bonuses earned. After 90 days, the role is uncapped commission. First year sales reps average 55K-65K in commissions, after the first year sales reps average 100K-120K.
