Position: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $45,000-$50,000/yr (depending on experience)

Experience: Relevant customer service experience desired

Education: High school diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday,Day Shift

is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issues
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities, ensuring customer capability to use and manage all company products/services
  • Sell and educate users/clients/prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
  • Execute planned activities in support of renewals and account expansion
  • Follow up with new customers as appropriate to ensure satisfaction
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customer needs, having actively listened to and resolved any client issues and concerns
  • Develop trusted rapport with contacts
  • Evangelize products, services, policies, etc. to grow familiarity
  • Conduct post-close administrative processes
  • Write zero-defect professional correspondence to customers and external parties with exacting standards


Position Requirements:

  • Write and respond to routine correspondence (email+)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills are a MUST!
  • Intermediate level of Excel skills
  • Able to gather data, create reports and presentations
  • Process-driven, organized, and has a high attention to detail
