Customer Success Lead
RMS is a growing clean beauty brand that is seeking a Customer Service Lead for our team.
Our Customer Service Specialist Schedule:
- 1stShift - Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some overtime could be needed though out parts of the year.
Position Details:
- Manage a team of 3-5 customer service specialists.
- Develop morning touch points or a daily cadence with the team.
- Learn and be an expert in our systems (Gorgias, shopify)
- Develop and deliver regular performance updates for clients and senior management.
- Liaise with our sales team for US based customers and international.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints. Must be able to escalate tickets and concerns of the customer.
- Research and resolve order related issues; order status, tracking updates, and carrier claims. Must be able to reduce tickets over time, you will be the voice of our customer.
- Ensure that delivery at all contact points is timely, on brand, and consistent.
- Assist with product troubleshooting and offer technical support when needed.
- Could be asked to work in various roles to help the company be successful.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, sales from support, and improve overall customer service processes.
Expectation:As a Customer Success lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued team members, ensuring they are providing the satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your exceptional communication skills and professionalism will be crucial in leading this team. This position will have to provide outstanding support for the team and our customers. Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- 2 years leading a team of at least 3 people, military is encouraged to apply
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
