Part-Time Call Center/Inside Sales Representative

MR.FIX-IT™ Home Remodeling

Part-Time

Pay: $15-$25/hour

This position is located in Ashland, VA and is in person.

We are looking for the BEST of the BEST to join our Elite Team at MR. FIX-IT, a leader in the multi-billion-dollar home improvement industry for over 54 years. We are growing, and we need people who are looking to grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess the drive to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment. Call center agents will make outbound calls and take inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed an interest in one of our home improvement services.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company's provided script and proven methodology.
• Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with the goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Project Specialist.
• Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments.
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct supervisors to provide and receive feedback on job performance.
• Great communication skills and a Super Attitude are a must!

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated to achieve goals around the number of calls and appointments scheduled.
• Inside sales and/or call center experience are preferred.
• Superior phone etiquette and verbal/writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 5pm-8pm. Saturday 8:30-5pm, and Sunday 11-5pm

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

This position is currently based in our Ashland office and is not remote.

Benefits

• Flexible Schedule, 20-25 hours per week, 4-5 hours per day. Must be available to work evenings and weekends
