We are hiring Inside Sales Representative for our client located in Vancouver, BC

Shift Morning

• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Maintaining client records.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Reach out to prospects through calling and connecting the phone calls , email campaigns, and social media platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Usage of P21 Epicor software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Motivation for Sales
• Skilled at using the telephone as a sales tool.
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role for at least three years is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• inside sales: 3 years (preferred)
• construction industry: 1 year (preferred)
• calling: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
