Community Property Restoration is a local restoration company in Hampton Roads looking for a sales representative. We are looking for an outgoing, go-getter with a compassionate attitude to cultivate sales in the restoration field.
Any candidate that possesses prior experience in Emergency Services, Construction/Restoration sales, and/or pertaining to emergency fires is a plus. Must be able to provide quick response times to any emergency calls any time of the day or night 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year.
This position can be very lucrative for the right individual with a possibility of earnings in the high six (6) figures in the first year of employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus commission
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Prior construction/restoration experience a plus
Prior sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Be expected to show up at the scene of the emergency, make contact with the homeowner or the authorized individual, and sell the necessary services to remediate the damage caused by the emergency
- Arrive quickly to any scene of a fire emergency to consult with property owners impacted by fire damage to enable the implementation of property recovery initiatives
- Monitors and interprets lead sources (emergency notification systems)
- Establish and maintain working relationships with the customers/homeowners
- Track and complete a weekly log of job activity including date of call, time of call, contact information, agency name, and agency contact information
