Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track account activity
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and resolve any issues

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in account management, B2B business development within the building / construction supply materials considered a strong asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Proficiency in working with a CRM software is a plus
