Acquevo is excited to seek enthusiastic individuals for the position of Customer Service & Sales Representative in Windsor, CT, on behalf of our client. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
