Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will:

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
