Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences

- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages

- Maintain accurate customer records and update the inventory system

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales environment

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to upsell and persuade customers effectively

- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to groups

- Bilingual language skills (preferred)

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
