Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Expected to meet face to face with clients and prospects on a daily basis
- Required to bring in new business relationships every month
- Manage existing Business Relationships and increase revenue opportunities with those clients
- Lots of appointment setting calls, cold calling, prospecting and networking on a daily basis
- Required to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Goals
- Meet regularly with our Recruiting and Staffing Team to put together game plans on how we best can meet the needs of our clients

Salary: $75,000-100,000 Plus commission, bonus opportunities and full benefit package
