Northland Staffing Solutions is looking to hire a Business Development Manager for our team in the Twin Cities. This is an excellent career opportunity in the rapidly growing Staffing Services Industry. Northland Staffing Solutions is a leader in providing Staff for light industrial and office positions for our clients.

  • Must be able to work in a high activity level environment. Many phone calls, emails and client contacts are expected every day.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Expected to meet face to face with clients and prospects on a daily basis
  • Required to bring in new business relationships every month
  • Manage existing Business Relationships and increase revenue opportunities with those clients
  • Lots of appointment setting calls, cold calling, prospecting and networking on a daily basis
  • Required to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Goals
  • Meet regularly with our Recruiting and Staffing Team to put together game plans on how we best can meet the needs of our clients

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $75,000-100,000 Plus commission, bonus opportunities and full benefit package

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
