Responsibilities:

• Assessing properties to accurately determine the extent of storm-related damage and the required repairs.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
• Providing outstanding customer service to homeowners during the restoration process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Proactively generating leads and conducting thorough exterior home inspections to identify storm-related damage.
• Assisting homeowners in documenting damage and guiding them through the insurance claims process to facilitate a smooth restoration experience.
• Methodically managing the sales funnel and job pipeline to ensure efficient and effective project coordination.
• Working closely with the production team to oversee and manage projects through to completion, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
• Representing BN Exteriors with unwavering honesty and integrity in all interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in storm restoration sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and exterior materials.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dedication to providing quality service and exceeding client expectations.
• Understanding of insurance claims processes related to storm damage.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to assess property damage accurately.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for project management and sales tracking.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the construction and insurance industries.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time
• Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 per year.
• High-Income Potential with No Commission Cap.
