Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Update customer information in the CRM system (Salesforce) accurately
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to drive revenue growth
- Excellent market knowledge to identify trends and opportunities
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience
