What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Solar Business Development Leader with proven success selling within The Agriculture Sector in The State of California. This individual will report to The CEO, and must also be a California Resident. We are seeking a new Sr Level Business Development Leader to maintain and develop new business within the State of California, specifically within the agriculture / cold storage solar space. Experience and relationships with large plants, farms, almond and dairy farms a major PLUS. This is a leadership position so one must have experience hiring and building a team of Account Managers, and leading them to success, quarter over quarter.
-MUST BE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT to considered for this position, no exceptions. No relocation is necessary and any travel required will be in CA ONLY
What You Need for this Position
- At least 8 years experience:
- Renewable Energy Business Development Leadership Experience
- Working and Earning Business w EPC - Solar -Power Generation- and Battery Storage Clients
Sectors:
- Agriculture Solar (This is a MUST, Without Agriculture "Sales" Experience, candidate "Will Not be considered)
- Renewable Energy Sales Experience (Also a MUST, Without Solar or EPC Experience candidate "Will Not" be considered)
- Farming Clients
- Food Processing Clients
- Meat Processing Plant Clients
- Dairy Farm Clients
- Almond Farm Clients
- Utility and Water Project Experience
