What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, and utilizing available resources to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver impactful sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our eco-friendly products and services.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, with uncapped commission opportunities that reward your success.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience in B2B or commercial sales (pest control, facility management, or eco-friendly products a plus).
  • A proven ability to generate your own leads and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-driven, motivated individual who thrives in an independent role.
  • Passion for eco-friendly products and solutions that promote sustainability.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results and customer satisfaction.
