What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, and utilizing available resources to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Deliver impactful sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our eco-friendly products and services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, with uncapped commission opportunities that reward your success.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience in B2B or commercial sales (pest control, facility management, or eco-friendly products a plus).
- A proven ability to generate your own leads and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
- Self-driven, motivated individual who thrives in an independent role.
