Position Type: Part-Time
Location: Remote but local to Conshohocken area for occasional in-person meet ups.
Compensation: $15-20/hr plus bonuses for appointments set
Your Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative at TAGRO Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and setting up potential business opportunities. You will work closely with our dedicated team to help expand our client base. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within our target industries. Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, online directories, and social media to discover and qualify leads.
- Client Acquisition: Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to engage potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups to nurture and convert prospects into clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments. Leverage this knowledge to refine our sales and marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Content Contribution: Contribute to the development of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, to attract and engage our target audience.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that highlight our unique value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities using our CRM software.
- Performance Assessment: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with TAGRO Solutions' overall business objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Expertise: Must have a proven track record of success in a sales/business development role. At least 2 years of experience reaching out to potential customers, qualifying them, and scheduling.
- Industry Passion: A strong passion for talent acquisition, sales, and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in this field. Strong preference for exposure or experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and concisely.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, online research tools, and CRM systems.
- Organized: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
- Proactive: A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive lead generation and marketing campaigns.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative.
