Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing existing customers, and driving sales revenue through effective communication, persuasion, and excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales success
- Manage trade shows and follow up business leads
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Position:
- Position is exempt full time, FTE are eligible for medical benefits
- Candidate must be comfortable coming into the office at Bothell, WA 5 days onsite
- Hours: 9 AM – 5:30 PM PST
- Salary: $45,000 + uncapped commission
