Sales Advisor (Sales & Business Development)
Join our growing team and help navigate the world of Senior Living. Brighton Retirement Living is looking for a driven and compassionate sales professional to join our team.
About you:
- Experience in the hospitality or seniors' industry is an asset
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and business development plans
- Understand market trends and how to utilize them for census growth
- Fluency in English – written and verbal
- Ability to foster and build new relationships
- Ability to plan and host events
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- Access to a valid driver's license and vehicle
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in sales or business development role.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
