What You'll Do
- Sell our company's business solutions (distribution center services) to ecommerce business owners.
- Own and manage a pipeline of leads and prospect clients - all organized in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Educate, strategize, and successfully sell Speed Commerce solutions through a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Become an expert in Speed Commerce solutions and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
- Using the Question-Based Solution selling model and a consultative approach asking probing questions and overcoming client objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
What We're Looking For in You
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience is a MUST
- 1+ years of heavy outbound, cold-calling (60+ calls a day) required
- You enjoy a solution / consultative sale process and can speak to examples.
- You enjoy building relationships with customers and coworkers and want to leave them feeling great about their interaction with you.
- You are adaptable and can think on your feet. Failure isn't an option when faced with new challenges or challenging conversations.
- Logistics/fulfillment and/or call center experience, a plus but not necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus uncapped commission plus attainable bonus structure ($50,000-$70,000 base per year - depending on experience - plus generous commissions/bonus)
