Founded in 1964, Papercone Corporation is a leading producer of specialty envelopes and packaging. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.

Primary Duties:

1. Provide product pricing and availability.

2. Processing stock, sample requests and working with our prepress department to create custom samples.

3. Entering, processing, and verifying stock orders in our database.

4. Relaying preproduction questions/issues regarding pricing, specs, and artwork to the customer.

5. Working with our production/imprint teams to resolve complaints and confirm/improve ship dates.

6. Quoting and coordinating outbound freight and processing claims with our shipping department.

7. Tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may occur in transit – damage, delays, reconsignments, etc.

8. Working with accounting to resolve any questions regarding invoices.

9. Following up with customers to ensure order satisfaction.

10. Maintain compliance with all company policies and standards.

Assist CS Management with:

11. Update customer account information.

12. Update internal pricing.

13. Monitoring reports that detail inventory shortages and orders that possibly need schedule adjustments.

14. Creating and distributing a monthly credit report summary.

15. Granting customer access to our website and maintaining those accounts.

16. Managing the mailroom and processing USPS shipments.

17. Contributing to sales and marketing projects as requested.

18. Maintain all physical documentation, including daily filing, purging, and preparing new folders.

19. Providing direct support to all departments, including our executive sales team

20. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

2. Prior customer service experience preferred.

3. Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours during shift.

4. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM / 1 hour lunch & 2 – 10 minute breaks per day.
