Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of our Software Automation Solution, maintaining strong relationships with our clients and additional revenue growth with existing clients. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of implementation of our software automation solution and account mining. Most of our customers are in the Insurance Domain - any experience with Insurance domain would be a plus.

Duties:
- Once the sales team closes a deal, you will be responsible to ensure the implementation of the automation solution progresses smoothly and is completed within a certain timeframe. You will coordinate between our Clients and Engineering team for coordination.

- By offering a great experience for the first implementation and go live of automation bot, you will be responsible for revenue growth though account mining and selling additional automation bots to existing clients.

- This role requires strong experience in custom implementation of software products.

- Most of our clients are in the Insurance Domain - Knowledge about the following aspects would be a great plus for this positiong:

  • Insurance process like Policy Renewal, Policy Cancellation etc.
  • Agency Management System Software - Applied Epic, AMS360, Hawksoft etc.

- Collaborate with internal engineering team to ensure successful implementation.

- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement and upsell opportunities.

- Act as an advocate for customers within the organization, representing their needs and feedback to drive product enhancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Software or related field.
- Proven experience in Software Custom Implementation, preferably within the Insurance industry.
- Strong account mining skills with a track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively upsell and build rapport with clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
