*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Industrial Parts Counter Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Identify and choose suitable replacement parts or solutions
- Process sales transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision
- Answer phone calls and provide information to customers
*Experience*
- Proficiency in Excel for basic data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
- Previous experience in industrial trade sales and order entry is beneficial
- Familiarity with hose, hydraulics, and pneumatics is advantageous
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
