Join a leading consulting firm specializing in Construction Materials Testing & Inspection. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials through comprehensive testing and inspection services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review materials test reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine testing requirements.
- Review and distribute field and lab reports to clients.
- Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for various disciplines.
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing project deliverables and timelines.
- Support field staff with project-related issues.
- Conduct project research, prepare designs, calculations, and reports.
- Contribute to proposal preparation and project tracking efforts.
- Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Pavement Design and Laboratory Testing.
- EIT/FE Certification preferred but not required.
