Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business leads and close sales deals.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and secure sales orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions for customers' needs.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or cold calling is advantageous.
