Part time position. The business development professional is focused on new client, business development. This early sales leader is an independent contributor reporting to a Principal or Managing Director, works primarily externally to generate early interest in Command Center and subsequently introduce a GEHC Command Center commercial leader to develop and pursue that opportunity.GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Personally creating opportunities for qualified l hospital and healthsystem leadership who have the ability to positively influence, or make the decision to purchase GEHC Command Center programs. Create meetings in order for the GEHC Command Center commercial team to educate/discuss Command Center capabilities and how it could solve intractable problems. Work with commercial team on strategy for meetings and participate in business development meetings as requested.
Strategic Influence: As requested, give input to help shape the business strategy.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Interpret internal and external business dynamics, advocating best practices to refine products, processes, or services.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales
Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems
Basic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc
Strong connection to the healthcare community with contacts to other healthcare professionals across the United States
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with GEHC Command Center program
Experience with business development

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $150,960.00-$226,440.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
