Job Summary:
Functional Distro Co. is looking for a talented Distribution Sales Rep to be part of our Sales Team. The Distribution Sales Rep will be solely responsible for sales and distribution of products within our portfolio of brands.

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPI’s) focused on sales and distribution.
  • Responsible for increasing distribution and volume in key on/off premise accounts.
  • Participate in team sales events and meetings
  • Improve velocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution, displaying POS items, educating retail employees, sampling, and securing features.
  • Merchandise product sections, maintain and increase shelf facings, clean shelving and rotate product.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record on meeting or exceeding assigned KPI’s and objectives
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales, trade/customer marketing or related industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Attention to detail, organization and self/time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentation
  • Drivers license and ability to drive on behalf of the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
