Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in glass sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of glass products and applications.
Responsibilities:
* Leverage existing relationships and generate new leads to expand our customer base
* Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to customers, showcasing our glass products' benefits and features
* Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in the glass industry
* Collaborate with our production team to ensure customer requirements are met
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
* 3+ years of sales experience in the glass industry, with a focus on flat glass, architectural glass, or specialty glass products
* Proven sales performance and achievement of sales targets
* In-depth knowledge of glass products, manufacturing processes, and industry applications
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,691.00 - $89,306.00 per year
