About this Role
This is a full-time role as a Licensed, New Home Sales Representative for various multi-phased projects located in Southern Ontario. As a New Home Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Marketing and promoting your site
* Reaching out to local and GTA Brokers
* Conducting sales presentations
* Providing exceptional customer service to potential homebuyers
* Completing various legal documents such as Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Amendments
* Being knowledgeable of market trends and competitors
Qualifications
* Must have your Real Estate License
* Self-confidence and motivation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems
* Willingness to learn and grow in varying environments
* Experience in a sales role would be considered a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,413.00-$131,757.69 per year
