Mark Anthony Group is the largest, privately held beverage alcohol company in Canada. Effective June 1st, 2024, we will be launching a 4th stand-alone selling division to be named Declaration Wine & Spirits Co.

The Declaration Wine & Spirits Co. portfolio includes global leading wine, spirits and RTD (Ready to Drink) brands such as: La Marca, High Noon, Barefoot, Apothic, White Haven, Carnivor, New Amsterdam, Pink Whitney, Rum Chata, Louis Martini, Orin Swift, and Rombauer just to name a few.

We are looking for an On-Premise Account Manager to join our team in Montreal. The On-Premise Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the brands in the territory - Montreal and it's surrounding areas to build and grow the business. The On Premise Account Manager will oversee and implement the planning, programming, and account execution in their territory. The On Premise Account Manager will build and foster long term relationships with the customers in their assigned territory.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and build strong relationships with assigned OP Accounts
  • Responsible for the OP brand execution at the market level. Brand standards to include product distribution, price features, and OP Promotions
  • Present fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and sell existing products.
  • Facilitate the execution of all event sponsorships; POS and event set up, product ordering, hiring of promotional reps and recapping event for future evaluations
  • Deliver and exceed on annual territory budget including revenue, distribution and A&P/budget management

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive sales experience, and minimum 2+ years in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
  • WSET Level II required; WSET Level III an asset
  • Impeccable communication skills including influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized with proven ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Achievement / results oriented
  • Strong Computer skills including MS Office
  • Available to travel and attend evening/ weekend events as necessary
  • Legally able to sell alcohol beverages
  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
