*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends and have a proven track record in business development and sales. *Duties* - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. - Identify potential clients and engage in proactive outreach to establish relationships. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. - Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion. - Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our products/services. - Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. *Skills* - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce. - Demonstrated experience in business development with a focus on building long-term client relationships. - Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
