About the Company: We are a Full-service print & production company located in Beaverton, OR. We pride ourselves on only the highest quality production carried out on local, statewide, and national platforms to ensure we meet client expectations and offer simple solutions that will exceed our client's desired results. Many of these solutions are produced in-house using the latest digital printing, cutting and installation techniques. Solutions offered for printed applications include out-of-home print media, vinyl banners, tradeshow displays, interior and exterior business signage, vehicle graphics/wraps, custom lettering and graphics, design consulting and services, brochure and flyer layouts and manipulation. Our clients vary from local (Valley Vape- Plaid Pantry) Regional (Pendleton Whiskey-Fred Meyers) and National (Spartan Races- Paramount Pictures)
What we are Looking For:
A creative-minded OOH print media salesperson that is a high energy self-starter looking to develop and maintain relationships with companies of all sizes in the Portland / Regional and National level. Relentless Cold calling, proficient account management, telecommunication skills, customer service and an amazing off the chart great attitude is a must. This is a career position and we are looking for someone who wants to commit to the culture of print and be an expert in all aspects of the printing industry. This is not your typical quick in and out job, this is a career-based move!

Rookies: (0-3 Year Experience): You are Eager to learn, jump in full force and not afraid of the word ‘No’. 50-75K first year base/ plus comm.
Career Investors: (3- 10 Year Experience): You are an experienced printing sales rep with full knowledge of the sales process. 75-100K base/ plus comm.
Senior Business Development Manager: (10+ years) You are well established with current clients. Here to work with multiple disciplines within the print industry. 100K+ base plus comm.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Relationship prospecting (Cold Calling/ Daily Email Prospecting)
· Creative project development
· Qualifying new leads and collecting project details
· Preparing Project Estimates and Presenting with ability to Close
· Working with Operations Team and sales team for project success
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Responsible for Driving New Business & Up-selling Current Accounts
· Understanding importance to execute and meet deadlines
· Formal Proposal Delivery
· Team focused mentality
· Work with management team on the development of key customer accounts and attain sales goals
· Develop and implement sales strategies
· High Energy and committed to the culture of print industry
· Print background preferred
Ideal Candidates will possess:
· 1+ years in B2B sales and customer service
· Excellent professional written skills for email communications
· Familiarity in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
· Background/Experience in Printing and/or Sales & Marketing
· Knowledge of printing processes and/or materials
· Existing business connections and willingness to seek their business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
