Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to familiarize yourself with
our comprehensive range of playground products and services. Working closely with
our sales manager, you will learn the commercial playground market, particularly
focusing on target markets in California. Your duties will involve responding promptly to
all leads via phone calls and email, with a specific emphasis on nurturing relationships
with our customers. No cold calls required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to honesty and integrity
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently
- Proficiency in computer software, including Google Workspace and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within California
Preferred Experience:
- Previous sales experience with a small business
- Some college education preferred
- Management experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Details:
- Compensation: $24 per hour
- Work Schedule: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Hours: 12-15 hours per week initially, with potential to increase to 20 hours per week upon successful completion of the training program
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
